Coatings and Surface Modification

The cluster of coatings and surface modification includes a wide range of technologies, ranging from the functional coatings on glass to the coating for modern main gas pipes of large diameter. The cluster includes technologies for protective, optical, barrier, electricity conductive, biocompatible and other coatings. The cluster is composed of 12 design companies of RUSNANO developing technologies of ion and plasma, thermal spraying, sol-gel, and paint coatings, as well as molecular beam epitaxy and atomic layer deposition for electronics. The proceeds of these enterprises in 2016 amounted to 6.8 billion rubles.
